Tangram Christmas Cards STEAM

Materials

Tangram Stamping Shapes are a fun and engaging way to learn about various mathematical concepts and develop problem solving and spatial awareness skills. Use them to create a card with an abstract Christmas design.

Step 1. Use a paint-soaked sponge on a paper plate as a stamp pad.

Step 2. Ink the foam Tangram Stamping Shapes using the sponge stamp pad you made.

Step 3. Use the foam Tangram Stamping Shapes to print out a tan Christmas arrangement, e.g. an elf, Santa, bauble or reindeer, onto half a sheet of Cartridge Paper. Allow to dry.

Step 4. Trim 1cm off the length and width of your artwork. Fold a sheet of Cover Paper in half (horizontally). Glue your artwork to the front to create a card.
