Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh

One lesson activity. After a short study of the work of Vincent Van Gogh and discovering his loose brushwork and thick paint, we tried to replicate Vincent’s painterly style by creating large sunflowers in bold colours and black and white. We then cut each flower out and our teacher helped us assemble them into a vase for Vincent. H 160cm x W 122cm.
