Year 5 students from Haileybury College were asked to imagine they were a working watercolour artist in a studio and the My Kitchen Rules team invited artists to create watercolour artworks that depict the beauty of various fruits and vegetables, in order to promote healthy eating.

They examined the watercolour representations artist Cindy Lou Scrivner, and to capture the beauty of sectioned fresh fruit and vegetables. Artworks were to be A3 in size and can be created on mixed media surfaces that incorporate a variety of papers. An iPad was used to generate a design before embarking on a watercolour painting.
