Technological developments continually expand the range of materials, tools, equipment, processes and techniques that can be used in the manufacture of products.

In this course, students use laser cutting and traditional woodworking techniques to produce a working prototype of an LED lamp. They learn new graphical communication techniques, how to solder electronic components and how to cut and join wooden components to make their product.
