Be inspired to create colourful and expressive artworks by exploring the paintings of Ken Done.
We will explore Artist Ken Done, his use of colour, and the celebration of Australia in his artwork. After viewing Ken Done’s painting style, we will complete two pieces of artwork; One on canvas board using Colour Slicks, and another exploring plasticine as a painting medium on black card.

Born 29 June, 1940, in Sydney, Ken Done has become one of Australia’s most famous artists. His work has been described as the most original style to come out of Australia, and his paintings are in collections throughout the world.
Ken’s paintings became the creative source of a unique, and highly successful Australian business which continues to promote Australian art and design to a world-wide audience.
