Sunburnt Country Landscapes

Year 7 students from Lavalla took inspiration from the beautiful illustrations in the Alison Lester book, Our Island and choose a line from the Dorothea Mackellar Poem My Country to illustrate.

They depicted images that demonstrate the essence of our Australian landscape. The artworks may be mounted on a wall for display or bound into a book.
