The Grade 4s created a loom on a pizza base tray as part of a unit on weaving.   

We discussed various colour combinations, including, warm, cool and contrasting colours.  Using this knowledge they selected what colours they wanted to weave with. 

After finishing the work, the edges of the loom detracted from the overall effect, so there was a discussion how this could be best hidden. The general consensus was to turn the work into a flower using assorted papers that would complement the woven work.
