Papier Mache | From Paper to Fab! An Online Workshop with Tania Di Berardino Victorian Curriculum Levels: 3 – 10 During this two part workshop you will explore the art of papier mache using a range of everyday items (ie: newspaper, foil, tape, glue and paint) to create a 2D or 3D character. Papier Mache originated in China during the Hans Dynasty (BC 202 – AD 220). From China, interest spread to Japan, Persia, India and Europe. Papier mache was used to create masks, ornaments and for a range of festival activities.
