Can you catch a mermaid?

Inspired by Jane Ray’s stunning book ‘Can you catch a Mermaid’ Grade 1/2  drew a crayon mermaid
with swirling sea patterns on her body, and added a pearl studded mirror made from gold and silver paper.
The
mermaids were sponged with turquoise and aqua food dye powder paint, and used green and gold glitter paint to detail
her hair.
