Macrame Plants

Materials

• Natural Braid 20m (4 x 5m) Asst
• Paper Magiclay 240g Candy Colours
• Hot Melt Glue Gun

Step 1. Make a small pot plant out of Candy Coloured Magiclay (Approx. 4cm tall). Use the Magiclay to model leaves and additional vines. Leave to dry.

Step 2. Cut Natural Braid into four 45cm lengths.

Step 3. Tie the braids together with a knot at each end – leaving 20cm between the two knots.

Step 4. Holding the braid vertically, separate the four braids above the bottom knot and insert the modelled plant. Glue in place.

Step 5. Untangle the braid below the bottom knot to create a frayed effect.

Step 6. Create a loop with loose braids above the top knot to hang.
