Imagine how long it took us to make all these paper curls?

One lesson task. We spent two lessons carefully rolling paper with our fingers or around a pencil. This technique is called paper quilling and we had pre-cut paper quilling papers to use, which made it a lot easier.

Everyone sat quite calmly rolling coil after coil and our teachers assembled them onto the canvas. H 91cm x W 91cm.
