Recording Notice

Please note that there will be NO RECORDING of this year’s conference, and therefore no keynote, workshop, or learning reflection sessions will be available to view after the event date. All keynote, workshop, and learning reflection sessions will only be available for registered participants to view live online at the scheduled date and time, unless otherwise stated by Zart. All teachers note/resources for all sessions will be made available to all registered participants however, and optional workshop kits will be available to purchase.

 


Booking Confirmations

Once booking has been made you will receive an email confirmation.
Invoices will be sent by email to the participant OR to your school accounts directly, depending on method of booking.
If you do not receive your confirmation email or invoice, please contact Zart Education.

 


What’s Included

Each registered participant will receive included in the ticket price:

  • Access to both Day 1 and Day 2 Keynote Speaker sessions
  • Access to 1 x Day 1 and 1 x Day 2 Breakaway Workshop session (to be selected/registered during online ticket payment & checkout)
  • Access to both Day 1 and Day 2 Learning Reflection sessions
  • Workshop materials kit delivered for selected breakaway workshop sessions*
  • Teacher resources/notes for all breakaway workshop sessions
  • An Exclusive Zart Gift included in your materials kit delivery

*Optional additional workshop kits will be available to purchase from Zart for all breakaway workshop sessions, for those interested in following the teachers notes and having a go in your own time.

Reminder that there is NO RECORDING of this years conference event, so there will be no video access provided for any keynote, workshop, or learning reflection sessions after the live event.

 


Delivery of Materials

Workshop Materials and Conference Gifts will be dispatched for delivery to participants in Term Three, 2021 to allow deliveries to arrive closer to the event date.

Deliveries will be made to the default school address if booking on school account, or to the nominated delivery address for personal/credit card bookings.

If you live remotely, interstate (anywhere outside of Victoria) or internationally and are concerned about receiving your delivery in time, please contact Zart prior to submitting your booking for a delivery estimate for your area.

 


Accessing the Online Event

This year the Nurturing Creativity Online Conference will be delivered via a new online event platform.
This platform will provide each participant with exclusive access to view event details & schedules, session & presenter information, and will be your portal to join all live online events on the day.

Unique individual links/logins will be provided to each registered participant to access on a single device.
Invites to the platform will be sent to all registered participants by email before the end of Term Two, or upon booking from Term Three.

The content provided in this online event is considered private, and therefore access and content is not to be shared with any non-registered person or third-party.

We recommend participants log in to the live sessions at least 10-15 minutes early, to allow time to troubleshoot any technical issues and to ensure everyone is ready to start at the proposed time in good spirits and without delay.

 


Prepare Your Equipment

Participants will need the following prepared prior to attending the online webinar session:

• PC desktop, Laptop, or Smart Device/Tablet with reliable internet connection
• Webcam
• Microphone
• Audio Speakers / Headphones
• Space to Work
• A Quiet Area with no noise or distractions
and
• Your Materials Kit for the relevant hands-on workshop session

 


Test Your Technology

To best safeguard against technology issues on the day, we strongly recommend taking time to make sure you have everything tested and ready to go before joining the live session.
We suggest taking time to check that your internet connection is reliable on the main device you will be using to log in for the session, as well as checking your audio is working.

Online Webinar Terms & Conditions

Troubleshooting & technical assistance will be available before and during all online webinar sessions to help with any issues you may be facing, however it must be noted that Zart is not responsible for any customer technical or connectivity issues that are outside of our control. Refunds will not be given for participant non-attendance, or disruption to attendance, due to any technical faults not caused by Zart or that are not within our control.

 


Payment Terms

Invoices to school accounts must be paid within 30 days. All personal bookings require credit card payment at the time of booking.

 


Cancellations

A written/emailed notification of cancellation must be received by Zart prior to dispatch/receiving of any delivered goods in order to avoid any pick-up fees to return delivered goods.
If delivered goods have been opened, used or not returned in a saleable condition this may affect your credit/refund value.
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, as your place could be given to someone on a
waiting list. If Zart is compelled to cancel a workshop or event, you will be advised as soon as the decision is
made, and all moneys paid will be refunded.

 


Non-attendance

Failure to attend without prior written cancellation will result in the forfeit of any possible refund and
your invoice will need to be paid in full.

 


Certificates

You will receive a certificate via email once the event has concluded and your online attendance has been confirmed for all online sessions as part of this event.
