Session Recordings

Please be advised that all* breakaway workshop sessions will be recorded.
If you are participating in a session with participant interaction / webcam use, and do not wish to be recorded, please ensure you have turned off your webcam prior to the session commencement.

Recorded videos of the sessions will be made available to participants after the event, to revisit and watch in your own time. A unique and exclusive access link will be emailed to participants which will be valid to view unlimited for 12 months.
Videos can be viewed via online streaming, but there will be no ability to download.

*Please note: Shelley Ware’s Day 1 session Aboriginal Art Therapy will NOT be recorded, and therefore will NOT be available to watch after the event. This session is only available to view LIVE on the event day.

Keynote Presenters sessions are also NOT recorded, and will NOT be available to view after the event.

Booking Confirmations

Once booking has been made you will receive an email confirmation.
Invoices will be sent by email to the participant OR to your school accounts directly, depending on method of booking.
If you do not receive your confirmation email or invoice, please contact Zart Education.

 


Delivery of Materials & Showbags

Workshop Materials and Conference Showbags will be delivered to participants prior to the event date.
Dispatch on deliveries will commence once all bookings have closed (Monday 7th September, 2020).
Should you require to redirect your delivery to an alternate address (ie: your home or school) please contact Zart Education and provide your preferred delivery address.

If you live remotely, interstate (anywhere outside of Victoria) or internationally and are concerned about receiving your delivery in time, please contact Zart Education.

 


Prepare using Zoom

For all of our live online workshop sessions, we will be using the Zoom Webinar platform.
An invitation link will be emailed to you within 1 week, and then again within 24 hours, of your session commencement time. (If you do not receive these email invitations in this time period, please contact Zart Education on (03) 9890 1867 or email zes@zartart.com.au)

You do not need a Zoom Account to be able to access the session link, however it can make logging in easier if you are logged in with Zoom already.

Prepare Your Equipment

Participants will need the following prepared prior to attending the online webinar session:

• PC desktop, Laptop, or Smart Device/Tablet with reliable internet connection and access to Zoom 5.0
• Webcam
• Microphone
• Space to Work
• A Quiet Area with no noise or distractions
and
• Your 2 x “mini” activity sets from your Workshop Kit

 


Test Your Technology

To best safeguard against technology issues on the day, we strongly recommend taking time to make sure you have everything tested and ready to go before joining the live session.
We suggest taking time to check that your Zoom App/Program is downloaded, installed and accessible on the main device you will be using to log in for the session.

We also highly recommend ensuring your webcam and microphone are working on your chosen device before the live session.

Joining the Live Session

Webinar Invite Links: All Zoom Webinar Invite Links will be emailed to each participant one week prior, and again within 24 hours prior to each of your sessions commencement times.
If you do not receive your Zoom Invite Links by email please contact Zart Education.

We recommend participants log in to the live session at least 10-15 minutes early, to allow time to troubleshoot any technical issues and to ensure everyone is ready to start at the proposed time in good spirits and without delay.

 


Online Webinar Terms & Conditions

Troubleshooting & technical assistance will be available before and during all online webinar sessions to help with any issues you may be facing, however it must be noted that Zart is not responsible for any customer technical or connectivity issues that are outside of our control. Refunds will not be given for participant non-attendance, or disruption to attendance, found to be caused by technical faults not caused by Zart or that are not within our control.

 


Payment Terms

Payment is required no later than 3 days prior to the workshop date. Please note all personal payments must
be made up front with a credit card at the time of booking. Contact Zart Education if alternative payment
arrangements need to be made.

 


Cancellations

A written/emailed notification of cancellation must be received by Zart prior to the workshop starting time.
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, as your place could be given to someone on a
waiting list. If Zart is compelled to cancel a workshop, you will be advised as soon as the decision is
made, and all moneys paid will be refunded.

 


Non-attendance

Failure to attend without prior written cancellation will result in the forfeit of any possible refund and
your invoice will need to be paid in full.

 


Certificates

You will receive a certificate via email once a workshop has been completed and your attendance has been confirmed.
