Students explored facts and meanings about indigenous totem poles along the northwest coast of North America.

Students then worked independently to create their own totem using clay and glazes. Originally the cylinders were displayed stacked on top of one another – however the fragility of the work didn’t allow for that display style here. The artworks are stunning displayed as separate works!
