How to make a Chinese Mask

Step 1
Paint the Eye Mask with Shimmer Paint and set aside to dry.

Step 2
Cut shapes from the Doyleys and Cover Paper to collage onto the Eye Mask.

Step 3
Thread the hat elastic through the holes of the Eye Mask and adjust to head size.

Step 4
Decorate mask with Curling Ribbon and Kindyglitz.
