Step One
Cut Mineral Paper to desired width and length.

Step Two
Create design with Liquid Crayons.

Step Three
Paint over with a wet brush.

Step Four
Cut a Sentence Strip to desired length to fit Mineral Paper design.

Step Five
Arrange decorated paper in a design on the Sentence Strip.

Step Six
Punch a hole to attach a Tassel or Ribbon.
