Step 1. Cut eight 15 – 18cm gum leaf shapes out of different sheets of Coloured Cardboard.

Step 2. Trace half of each leaf onto a sheet of green Coloured Cardboard.

Step 3. Cut out the half leaves and glue them onto the matching coloured leaves.

Step 4. Bend the leaves slightly along the midline to create form.

Step 5. Use a White Perma Pen or EverZart Black Marker to embellish the leaves with lines, shapes and patterns.

Step 6. Create a collage of a gumnut from Coloured Cardboard.

Step 5. Punch a hole at the top of each finished leaf and the gumnut.

Step 6. Slot together a Kraft Mobile. Tie the leaves and gumnut to the mobile using 9 – 24cm lengths of Gold Metallic Yarn.
