Our Team

Be inspired by our creative team who are eager to help you get yourself sorted at school and at home. Our team are highly trained, offering quality assistance regarding product information and should be able to answer any questions you might have. They will even make you a cuppa! There will be a number of free product demonstrations happening in the Centre facilitated news for details.

Monday—Wednesday & Friday:
8.30 am—5.00 pm
Thursday: 8.30 am—6.30 pm
Saturday: 8.30 am—2.00 pm

International Year of Rapprochement

Start Date: 01 January 2010  End Date: 31 December 2010

DESCRIPTION:  The General Assembly, on 17 December 2007, declared 2010 the International Year for the Rapprochement of Cultures (resolution 62/90). It recommended that events be organized on interreligious & intercultural dialogue, understanding and cooperation for peace during the year, including a high-level dialogue and/or informal interactive hearings with civil society.

Book Week - Across the Story Bridge August 21st - 27th 2010

Zart Education is celebrating Book Week again this year and the theme, Across the Story Bridge, focuses on the importance of bridges in bringing people and things together. It raises our awareness of how reading a book is like crossing a bridge into the mind of another person i.e. the author. The team at Zart Education has created a fun, fresh and innovative workshop programme that will support Art teachers, classroom teachers and librarians in fostering the love of Australian Literature in our students. In addition we will release a publication, Across the Story Bridge, to celebrate Book Week this year. Purchase it through Zart Art or receive it free with every Book Week workshop. Simply write down your name on one of our paper hands and then stick it on a branch.

We would love you to share more too if you can by perhaps adding your birthplace, history, religion, age or birthday, family members, dogs name, occupation, general thoughts, ideas, your New Year’s resolution, dreams or wishes.

What's happening this term

This term the Centre is exploring the magical world of stories, celebrating Book Week 2010 and the release of the Zart Publication, Across the Story Bridge.

This publication focuses on the short listed Early Childhood & Picture Books and will be released June 1st 2010.

Staff in the Centre are also busy preparing for our famous Expo Day on Friday July 9th 2010 - book it in your diaries now!
