BOOKWEEK 2007-Fuel your Mind

This year’s Book Week theme ‘Fuel your Mind’ encourages us to focus on the human brain. It would be an ideal opportunity to combine literature with a classroom unit on the brain or a library display of non-fiction books on the brain. The 2008 workshops will explore the many interpretations of Fuel your Mind as well as activities for the short listed Early Childhood and Picture Story Books of 2008. Activities are designed for individual works as well as for great displays for the school to enhance the theme and books. These workshops cater for Art, Classroom and Library teachers of levels 1 – 4. Each participant receives a free copy of the publication Fuel your Mind valued at $35.00(inc GST).
