Description	This workshop aims to present a variety of skills and techniques to support students’ representation of the Human Body in an art form. Participants will become familiar with artists who work with the human body in their art work. Zart’s Human X-ray Kit will be explored as a possibility to engage students in the science of the human skeletal system and how the body moves. Participants will explore mark making using hands and fingers, paint with form cuts and cardboard cylinders combined to create a collage of people in action. A running man will be printed and rubbings will be created of human skeletons using Zart’s fabulous papers. Finally the skills and techniques explored during the workshop will come together with the addition of modelling Magiclay, transparency and threads to create a brilliant mobile or collage of the human body.
