Description	Join your local community festival by celebrating visual arts in a street parade or local shopping centre display. In this workshop you will learn a few techniques which will get your students looking fabulous in any community festival. Create headdresses using tissue paper and cane sculpture as well as basic mask making techniques and learn some essential costume constructions that are inexpensive but stunning. Be up with the latest ways to decorate your group and props for any community festival. Bring any themes you are working with on the day.
