To place an order, either fax or post your school purchase order clearly identifying the item, size and quantity required. When faxing through your orders please write in blue or black pen only. Avoid using pencil or coloured pen as it's very difficult to read. Otherwise please visit our customer friendly service centre(MAP). (Coming soon to Zart Art: Shop on line).
To obtain a copy of our customer order form click on the link below to download a PDF file. Please make sure when sending the form that it is accompanied by an official school purchase order signed by the appropriate person.

All customers are now able to enjoy our wholesale pricing.
All prices shown are nett (blue italic prices) or inclusive of 10% G.S.T. (black bold prices) This will be able to be claimed back by your bursar from the Taxation Office. Note - our invoices state the nett prices plus G.S.T. on every item.
GST TAX : Please be aware that when you compare prices with other catalogues, that prices quoted either have G.S.T. included or nett prices plus G.S.T. Our catalogue includes both.

If we cannot supply your entire order, those items not supplied will be back ordered and sent on when goods become available. If after 4 weeks the item cannot be obtained, we will advise you. Short supplied orders and books damaged in transit must be notified to Zart Art within seven days of receipt including invoice number and date of receipt.

All credit claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. When returning goods, please accompany them with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining reason for return. Please repackage goods as received.

MELBOURNE & GEELONG SUBURBS: All orders will have a delivery charge of $2.95 (plus G.S.T.) per parcel up to a maximum charge of $11.00 (plus G.S.T. per order).
COUNTRY VICTORIA: Daily service via road transport. Road freight is charged at $5.50 per parcel (plus G.S.T) up to a maximum charge of $11.00 (plus G.S.T.) per order. Excludes very heavy or oversize items, ie.Art racks, polystyrene sheets, clay etc.
TASMANIA- LAUNCESTON, HOBART, BURNIE & DEVONPORT: All orders will have a delivery charge of $5.50 (plus G.S.T.) per parcel up to a maximum charge of $16.50 (plus G.S.T.) per order.
TASMANIA - COUNTRY: Prior to despatch we will advise you your subsidised freight cost. (50% of total cost).
INTERSTATE- CAPITAL CITIES: Road freight is charged at $16.50 (plus G.S.T.) per order. (This excludes very heavy items 20kg or more or oversize items). If your school is more than 25 kilometres from the capital city, extra freight charges may be incurred. We will advise you of any extra freight charges before goods are dispatched.
INTERSTATE COUNTRY: Prior to despatch we will advise you your subsidised freight cost. (50% of total cost)
