How To: Year 6 Based on a photograph taken on a school camp. The students' first task was to depict the effects of 'Light and Shadow' using water-soluble graphite pencils. The rusted nail was then created by sponging various shades of brown plus bronze paint. When dry, additional pencil shading was added to define 'Form,' then students worked on the presentation of the piece.
