Zart Art Gallery Term 2 2010

During Term 1, Year 8 students from Sacre Coeur, Glen Iris, worked on a Unit titled ‘Ocean-scapes’.

How To:
The students researched different types of fish as the initial inspiration for this unit.
They revised the elements of Art, with the main focus on line and pattern.
The intricate and detailed designs were drawn with fine liner pens, duplicated and placed creatively.

This task resulted in a variety of dynamic black and white compositions, which are quite stylish and inspiring.
