• Children worked as a whole grade on these projects after participating in preliminary sessions, individually exploring and developing a variety of paper skills.
• The paper was pre-cut ready for the children to roll, fold, cut and join the forms. 
• The animal shapes, based on characters in a book about the Kimberly, were drawn on large paper and later cut out.
• Classes responded well to this activity and loved pasting their forms into position and seeing the effect they'd created.
• Later discussions, once the work was displayed, highlighted the effect light and shade added to the artworks.
