How To:
The students initially looked at shoes from different eras, categorised them into different shoe types, and became familiar with shoe terms. They were then asked to design and draw a shoe shape on A3 Cartridge. They traced the outline with armature wire, which was then threaded through Glitter Stretch Tubing. The shoe was retraced, and the ends tied and glued. They added detail by manipulating additional pieces of wire, and embellished the shoe with one other decorative item.
It presented as a mobile.
