How To:

LEVEL 5

• Students focused on the Art Element Line.
• After exploring Traditional patterns from different cultures such as Egyptian, Greek, Islamic, Celtic, Roman, North American Indian and the Pacific Islands, students drew designs inspired by one or more of these cultures.
• PVA glue lines were 'drawn' onto mat board and selected threads were added with the aid of matchsticks.
• The Art Elements of Colour and Texture were also considered.
