How To:

• Our Year 7 students were first asked to use clay to form a gargoyle that would have imaginary, unrealistic characteristics intended to frighten away evil spirits.
• After completing a three-dimensional version of a gargoyle in clay, students then drew their gargoyle using pencil and then fine point pen and markers.
• Their drawing needed to include patterns to suggest fur, hair, scales, feathers, horns etc.
