Tinsel String

1. Paint a Polystyrene cup with Chromatemp Paint and allow to dry.

2. Brush PVA over the painted Polystyrene cup and wind the Tinsel String around to completely cover it.

3. Glue two Joggle Eyes in place.

4. Glue a Glitter Pom Pom on for the nose.

5. Take four Silver Tinsel Stems and loosely twist them together in the middle section and glue them onto the top of the cup.

6. Separate the ends of the Tinsel Stems to form antlers. Place the Tinsel Reindeer on top of a decorated bottle for a table display.
