Cup Day Hat

Shimmer Paint,
Tissue Paper &
Chenille Stems
How to Make a Cup Day Hat:
- Paint a cardboard hat with Shimmer Paint and set aside to dry.
- Cut a long strip of Tissue Paper and scallop one long side of the strip.
- Roll the scalloped strip around the end of a Chenille Stem to form a flower. Repeat this a number of times to create your flowers.
- Attach the flowers in an arrangement to the hat using a staple plier.
