Easter Activity
Rocking Bunnies
Suitable for:
Levels/Age Group: Ages 6-12
Materials:
Poly Egg 70mm or 50mm, Chenille Stems or Bumps, Fishing Sinkers, Paint, Joggle Eyes, Pom Poms
How to make a Rocking Bunny:
- Make a small slit into the bottom of a Poly Egg and push a Sinker into the cavity until it cannot be seen.
- Paint the Poly Egg with paint and set aside to dry.
- Glue on Joggle Eyes, and a Pom Pom nose.
- Use Chenille Stems for ears and whiskers by poking the stem into the painted Poly Egg. Try twisting two Chenille Stems together or wind them around a pencil to create a spiral effect.
- Glue on a Pom Pom tail or poke a Chenille Stem into the back of the Poly Egg.
- Push the Easter Bunny to one side and it should bounce back to being upright.
