Dragonfly Fusible Webbing (Large)

Materials:

Poly Body, Paper Magiclay, Silkee Paper, Metallic Pearl Paper, Colour Weave Fabric, Craft Aluminium Wire, Metallic Wire Cord, Plastic Beads, Metallic Yarn, Ostrich Wool, PVA, Arbee Craft Glue, Wooden Beads, Fusible Webbing & Metallic Jersey Rainbow

How to Make a Fusible Webbing Dragonfly:

1. Use Paper Magiclay to add a tapered tail to a Poly Body.

2. Completely cover the form in small pieces of torn Silkee Paper and small squares of Metallic Pearl Paper.

3. Use Craft Aluminium Wire to create four wings and wrap the wire with Metallic Yarn.

4. Iron Fusible Webbing on to paper or fabric and iron these on to Colour Weave Fabric.

5. Use Arbee Craft Glue to stick the Colour Weave Fabric to the wire wings. Use a weight i.e. a heavy book to assist in the adhesion of paper to wire.

6. Glue on Wooden Beads for eyes.

7. Push lengths of Craft Aluminium Wire into the head for antennas; and thread a bead on to the end of each antenna.

8. Cut a length of Metallic Wire Cord to poke into the head for a tongue.

9. Wrap Metallic Yarn and Ostrich Wool around the length of the body.
